The Bermuda Coalition Academy (BCCA) is a comprehensive three-part training program that supports and furthers the efforts of coalition building towards community problem solving, restoration and population-level change. The program is developed by Community Anti-Drug Coalition of America (CADCA), an international organization providing customized training curriculum for local communities to increase their knowledge and skills to contribute to population level change in substance abuse, crime, violence and related issues.

Trainees will garner a clear understanding of our community’s issues and develop a comprehensive response to identified problems with the aim to create and implement Bermuda’s agenda for change.
